3001 Pacific Avenue | San Francisco

Cozy and comfy family/living room. Cuddle up with a book or two in here. Here is a 13,643 sq. ft. San Francisco residence with 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. I love the foundation of the rooms, with the expansive space and large windows that bring in lots of sunshine... but for me, there would be some renovations to undertake. The brick exterior I am personally lukewarm about, although it does add character and is a part of the building's charm. I am also always a fan of all-white cabinetry, so any of the wooden details I'd change... I think all-white brightens up a space a whole lot while dreary wood dulls down a room. The bathrooms would end up having white marble detailing and the kitchen would follow suit with the all-white/marble design. Well, these are just my ideas, but hey, whoever buys this might end up loving every single part of it just as is! No additional spending on top of the $16,000,000 listing isn't so bad either. Either way, this is another gorgeous property...

Reiss Sale

Oh. My. Goodness. Reiss is having a major sale right now. I am trying my best to contain my excitement. Both my next-door and upstairs neighbors brought me brown paper bags because they could hear me hyperventilating and thought I was dying. FEAR NOT, neighbors, it's just your girl strongly emoting over one of her favorite store's ongoing summer sale. In any case, brown paper bags can save the world... one 10:1-jelly-to-peanut-butter-ratio pb&j packed lunch at a time. But really, if there is a time to go on a little shopping spree, now could not be more ideal... Reiss is predominantly stocked with timeless, elegant, and versatile pieces which will serve you well for a long time. I mentioned in a previous post how my friend introduced me to this store. His style's classic, and when he led me into the Newbury Street store, I legitimately wanted every dress on the racks. Him getting his suit tailored, me gushing over pretty dresses. Go Reiss. The brand epitomizes class...

Floral Cold Shoulder Surplice Dress

This dress has been one of my favorites this summer. I purchased it just about a month ago and I have already worn it so many times. You can dress it up or down: pair it with espadrille wedges for a casual day walking around town or with platform heels for a night out of drinks/dinner. I love dresses that have chiffony, flowy fabric... or have open-shoulder, backless, v-neck/wrap, or cinched waist styles... this one has a bit of everything! Plus, the baby pink is lovely with the pale floral print. I got this on sale in-store, but it is also available on sale online right now... it's a must-get! xo, I
