Summer calls for dresses and lots of dresses. And stripes, because I am a fan of stripes. Oh, and t-shirts, because, well, t-shirts are the best. So this dress covers all three: it's a striped t-shirt dress, aka a t-dress. I paired it with a simple caramel-colored tote bag (which can be monogrammed), white sneakers, and tortoise-shell sunglasses for a laid-back casual look.
