Trumpet-Sleeves, Pleats, and Bows

Here I go with an all-black outfit again. (See first all-black outfit here.) This one is more feminine with trumpet-sleeves on the blouse, pleats on the skirt, cat-eye style sunglasses, and bows on both the small clutch and patent pointed-toe pumps. The skirt, which is mid-length, would be worn high-waisted with the top tucked in.
