Here is an outfit for anyone anticipating rainy/cooler weather in the coming fall/winter months. I personally do not like heavy rain/dreary weather, but, hey, we all know it's bound to happen on the east coast one way or another... so best to embrace it with chic and put together outfits like this one. These items are all simple and basic staples in a closet (the riding rain boots and turtleneck top are my favorites!), but when put together, create the perfect weatherproof outfit.
