24 Lace Dresses

Dress The Population  ●  BB Dakota  ●  Adelyn Rae  ●  Chelsea28 Suns out, guns out... well, the sun is certainly out in Boston today, but it is still chilly. So... no guns out for now. Although I am wearing a tank top - I am in workout gear today... Saturday comfort, ifyaknowwhatimean. :p But really, I cannot wait for warmer weather... please come soon! I would love to wear springtime clothing. Imagine... dresses, tanks, short-sleeved tops, shorts, skirts... ah, the possibilities are endless! One option that would be great: these lace dresses  below. Some are dressier, some are more casual, but these would be so pretty and perfect for the spring. From pastels to simpler black and white dresses, these twenty-four lace dresses are for sure eye-catching. xo, I Shoshanna  ●  Cece  ●  Charles Henry  ●  Adelyn Rae Tahari  ●  Maggy London  ●  Chelsea28  ●  J.O.A. 5 Recipes: Salads

All photos in this blog post are from the food blog, How Sweet It Is. Recently I have been eating more vegetables... and it's because I've been a frequent visitor of the dining hall (dh) these days... ahem, I may or may not have sat in the dh for 3 hours last night; totally justified though since I reviewed French with a friend, no shame ... anyhow, when I purchase groceries I don't typically come home with many vegetables. I will probably grab a bag of frozen vegetables to add into my simple, go-to lentil meal, but other than that, you won't find various vegetables in my refrigerator. When I'm at the dh, I'll have sautéed spinach or steamed broccoli/mixed vegetables. I've also picked up on this really  complex salad recipe: tomatoes, cucumbers, and mushrooms, mixed with a little bit of honey mustard dressing and olive oil. These are all from the salad bar... raw veggies. The end result is a very delicious, satisfying, and healthy side or meal. I will conti

Black Boots

Happy Friday! Hooray for the weekend. Although at the same time, spring break is nearing its end. Can we extend it for another week, BU? Pretty please with a cherry on top? :) Tonight I will be attending a BU Men's Ice Hockey game... BU vs. Northeastern. I haven't been to one in years, and I have only been less than a handful of times. I figure this may well be my last chance to go to one of the games at Agganis Arena as a BU student. I'm really excited... the last time I went to a game, the hockey players were slamming each other against the glass walls. I sat near the front so I got to see all of the action up-close. Slightly frightening, but also thrilling. Hopefully at tonight's game I will see some intense competition.  Go Terriers :) On another note: it is currently snowing. Maybe the weather will be nicer tonight. Even though it doesn't matter for the game since the arena will be chilly anyways (I'm sitting near the front again). I'll be bundled up i

1945 Green St | San Francisco

All photos: Mansion Global. Another day, another beautiful house sighting. I know the interior design of listings is mostly staging, but thank goodness for staging because it makes all the difference when it comes to showcasing a home. For this house on 1945 Green Street in the Pacific Heights neighborhood of San Francisco - listed at $12,750,000 - the interior design has a bit of a contemporary feel to it. The muted colors mesh well with the white walls and light hardwood flooring. There are plenty of windows to bring in natural sunlight, not to mention the abundant ceiling lighting in the main living areas (which are reminiscent of large stars, if large stars existing in a house was a thing). The kitchen is open-plan which is unsurprising since the entirety of that floor is open-plan, from the living room, to the dining room, to the kitchen, leading to another seating area. The ceilings are high and there are glass sliding doors to reveal outdoor balconies from the living areas as w

Favorite Workout Top

I will wear something over and over again if I love it... I am a proud outfit-repeater. Sometimes I will purchase the same item in multiple colors if I love it that much. For example, this workout top  is my favorite. I bought it in three colors. I wear these to workout during the week, and they are otherworldly comfortable. Seriously. The fabric is silky smooth and since these have built-in bras, I just throw them on and go workout, carefree. Comfortable and  efficient and  cute. Note: the low-back style is the feature that originally made me want to buy this tank (I love  low-back styles), but when I received it and tried it on, the comfort factor made this my favorite workout top. Oh, bonus: it's under $10... how wonderful is that. :) xo, I

Some Facts About Me

This upcoming week I'll just be relaxing in Boston; I won't be traveling anywhere. It's nice to be on campus without the hustle-and-bustle atmosphere. I'll spend my time eating, sleeping, working out, reading, painting, studying, walking around, exploring, watching movies, etc. etc. Just typical activities I very much enjoy. :) Anyhow, since I haven't shared too many details about myself on this blog, here are some facts about me...
